What We Collect
Local Data Only
All workouts, settings, and preferences you create in InterValue are stored locally on your device using iOS's built-in storage. We do not operate servers that store your personal workout data.
AI-Generated Workouts
InterValue includes an optional AI feature that generates workout plans from your text descriptions. When you use this feature, your prompt text is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a response.
No personal identifiers (name, email, location) are attached to these requests. Please avoid including personal health information in your prompts.

What We Don't Collect
No Accounts, No Tracking
- We do not require or collect account information (no email, no sign-in).
- We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or health data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
App Store & Apple
Apple & TestFlight
When you download the app through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple may collect certain diagnostic and usage information according to your device privacy settings. This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Your Data & Device
Deleting Your Data
Because all data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by removing workouts within the app or by uninstalling InterValue from your device. iOS will remove all associated data when the app is deleted.
